Individual Counselling

Sometimes, when our problems seem overwhelming, or you feel stuck and confused, it can help to talk to a professional.

In our first assessment session, we would normally begin with a discussion of what the issues are and how did the issues come to develop. If it helps, making a with a list or notes can help you make sure you remember all the relevant information. We usually talk about the background or the past in the context of getting an idea of who you are and your background. We begin to formulate how to work on the issues, create goals and begin the work!

Couples Therapy

HELPING YOU CONNECT AND COMMUNICATE

Marriage counselling or couples therapy can be very helpful for couples who are stuck and have tried everything they can think of, but they don't seem to be getting through to their partner. 

In our first assessment session, I would want to see you both as a couple, and then we would ideally do individual assessment sessions, to get a full scope of the issues in the relationship according to the both of you. 

During the assessment sessions itself, we can start talking about way in which communication can be improved. 

We work on how to resolve conflict constructively and determine the obstacles in communication, so we can set up better communication, now and for the future.
